- Orders are fulfilled via third-party suppliers (dropshipping). Shipping times are estimates only (typically 10–30 business days from China/US warehouses).

- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

- Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the order is canceled before fulfillment.

### 5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

- All sales are final unless the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.

- Contact us within 14 days of receipt for eligible returns.

- Items must be returned in original condition (unused, tags attached) at your expense.

- Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

- We do not accept returns for change-of-mind, sizing issues, or buyer’s remorse.

- Personalized/custom items are non-returnable.

### 6. Product Use & Liability

- Our products are for pets only. Do not use for human consumption or unsafe purposes.

- Supervise pets during use to prevent choking or injury.

- We are not liable for misuse, allergic reactions, or damage caused by your pet.

- Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
