Refund policy

We want you and your pet to be happy with every purchase. Due to the nature of our products (shipped from third-party suppliers), we have a limited return policy.


Eligibility for Returns

- Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.

- Contact us within 14 days of delivery to report an issue.

- Items must be returned in original condition (unused, with tags if applicable) at your expense.

- Personalized or custom items, final sale items, and hygiene products (e.g., pee pads after use) are non-returnable.

- Change-of-mind returns, sizing issues, or buyer's remorse are not eligible for refund.


Process

1. Email us at shopbymikeco@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and proof of delivery.

2. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label or instructions.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 714 business days.


Refunds

- Refunds cover the product price only (shipping fees are non-refundable).

- Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.

- If the item is confirmed non-defective upon inspection, we may deduct return shipping or refuse the refund.
